Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Returns/exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong items.

  • Requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page.

  • If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, self-shipping may be required.

  • Return/Exchange charges may apply case-to-case.

Note for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed.

  • Products should have original packaging & tags intact.

  • Items without tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange only if damaged or incorrect. Customized items are not eligible. Exchange requests must be raised within the allowed period.
