We accept returns and replacements only for damaged or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you may request a replacement subject to the following conditions:

• A replacement request must be sent within 3 working days of delivery.
• Email us at authenticcotton45@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the replacement request.
• For damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the request.
• Once your request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 6 working days. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• Replacement requests submitted after 3 working days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
• Clearance Sale, Milestone Sale, and Birthday Sale items are not eligible for return or replacement.
